Chat Support Specialist

Customer Interaction:

Provide timely and informative responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a personalized experience and addressing concerns effectively. -

Issue Resolution:

Analyze customer issues and provide suitable solutions or escalate problems as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. -

Knowledge Management:

Utilize and contribute to internal knowledge bases, ensuring information remains accurate and up-to-date for future reference. -

Documentation:

Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to track inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales) to address customer needs and relay important information. -

Feedback Loop:

Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience. -

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. -

Training and Development:

Participate in any necessary training sessions to stay informed about product updates, new processes, and best practices in customer support. ### Requirements: • *Education:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred. • *Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or remote environment. • *Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in chat support tools and CRM software.
