Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery. #### Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality. 2. Strong proficiency with digital communication tools and reservation systems. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. 5. Passion for the Disney brand and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. 6. High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred. 7.
