INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Address and resolve members inquiries • Troubleshooting App and Devise Issues • Document and update member records based on interactions • Stay informed about our evolving products and services • Manage multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE: • Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door • Adequate space to set up the workstation • Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router) • Three power connections • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members) • Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment • Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM • Strong attention to detail • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma required; college education preferred • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices • Previous medical experience a plus TRAINING: • 100% attendance required • Live Remote Training • Systems and Program Training • Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training AFTER-TRAINING SCHEDULE: • Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift • Full and part-time hours available after training If you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.
