Job Description

As a Virtual Data Entry Specialist at American Express, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by accurately entering data, maintaining databases, and ensuring the integrity of records. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately inputting data into our systems, editing and proofreading documents, and ensuring that all records are complete and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for retrieving data as needed and providing reports to managers or team leads. Responsibilities – Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases. – Review and verify data for accuracy before entry. – Generate reports as required by team leads or management. – Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies. – Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. – Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. – Perform regular data audits to ensure information integrity.
