We are accepting resumes for an Administrative Assistant to work with our rapidly expanding software company. Our ideal candidate is someone with exceptional organization skills, great energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for technology. This position will include prospect outreach, scheduling meetings for our executives, assisting in document and proposal preparation, and data gathering. We are looking for a bright, eager individual who shows potential to grow within our organization. This position is a remote position. High-speed internet and the ability to self-manage will be key to success. Responsibilities: • Answer phones • Data entry and record maintenance in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Microsoft Dynamics) • Craft personalized emails and messages to capture the attention of a prospect to set up a call • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and other methods • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) Qualification & Response • Develop entry level skills to move into a more prominent role • Various business development-related assignments • Opportunity for career growth in sales Qualifications: • Professional phone etiquette • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Excellent organization and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field required • Experience with outbound calling (sales, fundraising, marketing) a plus • Proficiency in English • Must be authorized to work in the US This is an entry-level position, and we provide training and familiarize you with the solutions we provide. At Accelerated, we strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where each person feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning and culture. Our core business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. This full-time position will consist of 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, including a 90-day introductory period. Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience.
