Fully Remote Within the UK Travel and Tourism Base Salary £29,000 + Benefits Full time / Contract Job description Our client is a travel technology-based ski company who provide a fully integrated self service platform capable of booking an entire bespoke ski trip. The platform empowers customers to plan, compare, book, and fully customize their ski holiday by providing real-time prices and availability for millions of ski trip combinations including accommodations, flights, transfers, ski passes, ski gear, and ski lessons. They are now recruiting for Travel Customer Service Representatives to join initially on a 6-month contract with a view to go permanent. Candidates must have previous customer services experience gained within the travel industry; this is essential. The roles are offered on a fully remote basis within the UK with a rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings. Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey Pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip. Post-booking support according to customers' needs. Support during the trip to give a great customer experience. Liaise between customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates Travel Customer Service Representative Experience Required: Previous customer service experience gained within the travel industry is essential Experience working with support and CRM systems Preferably In-Resort team experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems. Ski experience is not essential but an advantage.
