Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops and iOS devices. • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Educate users on best practices for using company technology and software. • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups. • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred. • Basic understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and iOS devices. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Customer service-oriented mindset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Preferred Skills • Experience with help desk or technical support roles. • Familiarity with basic networking concepts. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
