Software Project Coordinator (Part Time)

Exciting Part-Time (20 hours) PM Opportunity!!! Job Description... The Software Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering equipment, resources, and information necessary to upcoming projects within the Embedded Controls team. Duties Include • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary • program and process planning efforts • coordinating with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders • managing of project budgets • attending and participating in software reviews • conducting project progress reviews • utilizing various reporting tools such as Excel • Time Management – managing AOP planning sheets – Actual hours as assigned to individual projects – variances within – works w/ SoW owners • Tracking PO’s – • Resource Planning • Tracking the budget associated w/ a particular project / resource • Program Reviews • Scheduling these meetings • Tracking PO’s to $$ spent for each program • Cost and Effectiveness of the programs • Time-Keeping • Using a sw called “Planesfare” – they will learn this… but helpful to have a PC understand this aspect – time charging – converting $$ to projects – producing a monthly report for leadership • Finance Mgt • All of the behind the scenes “operations” work that support each and every program, scheduling, ….
