Summary... Certification & Education Bachelors degree in any discipline - highly desired Experience Competitive candidates should have one or more of the following areas of experience: SOF operator SOF enabler Staff experience at a Joint Headquarters Human performance research Contracting Officer or Acquisition Officer Military analytical programs (e.g. operations research, data analysis) Interagency experience (e.g. Department of State, USAID, DH OR Personnel/Recruiting Experience Military Personnel Programs Mission Support Experience Organization Supported: Lukos, LLC. Job Objective The Recruiting Intern will assist the Lukos Human Resources efforts by engaging with prospective job candidates, screening resumes, contributing to the company candidate tracking system, creating and/or reviewing job descriptions, promoting job vacancies on various platforms, and supporting other HR/recruiting tasks. Responsibilities Participate in required meetings Screen resumes Create job descriptions Post and promote job descriptions on various platforms Contribute to the company candidate tracking system Assist HR with recruiting and hiring tasks Assist Program Managers with recruiting and hiring tasks Assist Business Development team with recruiting and hiring tasks Recruit for Gaps, Transitions, and Contingency positions Work Location Remote About Lukos Lukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense.
