Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to ascertain students’ needs and eligibility for special education services. • Design and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each student’s unique learning objectives. • Deliver engaging and effective direct instruction and support through our advanced online platform, ensuring students achieve measurable progress. • Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to foster a unified and supportive learning environment. • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of student progress, services rendered, and all relevant communications. Required Skills • Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline. • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Special Educator role. • Proficiency in utilizing virtual instruction tools and technology. • Strong communication skills capable of building meaningful relationships in a virtual context. • A dedicated, student-centered approach to delivering high-quality education and support. Qualifications • Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field is required. • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education is mandatory. • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Special Educator.
