Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions and maximize profits. Analyze sales analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they are receiving the best service and solutions. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment. Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure sales goals are being met. Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to increase conversions and customer satisfaction. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
