We are a boutique law firm working with top executives, investors, and business leaders. Looking for virtual assistant to help boutique law firm with projects including... - Calendar Management - Meeting Scheduling / Planning An added bonus would be assistance supporting our team with: - Document Management, Saving, Naming - Redline / Word Comparing This is a part time role where you would bill for time spent. Must be detailed oriented, thorough reader, follow through oriented, used to dealing with high placed executives, good judgement. Hoping to have availability to have NO LESS THAN 2 HOUR response time for an 8 or 9 hour period sometime between 11 am and 9 pm NEW YORK CITY time. Must have experience working with law firms, accountants, investment banks, or similar environments where good judgment and discretion are critical. Must be adept at juggling calendars and schedules. Need someone who is good at keeping todo lists and following up. We are very open to persons outside the USA, but we have not had good experiences with person outside a time zone close to SF time so it may be a challenge if you are not based in the same Hemisphere. UPDATE: We would also like someone who can help with the following projects: 1. Gmail / Google Calendar / Zoom 2. Hellosign / Docusign Management 3.
