Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the NoGigiddy team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents • Assist with project coordination and ensure the timely completion of tasks and deadlines... • Coordinate and oversee virtual events, webinars, and training sessions • Respond to emails and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases • Manage and organize files and documents in both physical and digital formats • Conduct research and gather information as directed • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed Requirements • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information Apply Job!
