Licensed Outpatient Therapist - Flexible Scheduling & Supportive Team Environment

Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team, providing therapy both in-office and virtually. In this full-time position, you will typically manage a caseload of around 30 client sessions per week. Recognizing that building a solid client base takes time, we also offer flexible part-time options to help you transition smoothly. Our office space is newly renovated and includes a play/art room, a group therapy room, and robust administrative support. Responsibilities • Conduct outpatient therapy sessions in 50-60 minute blocks. • Perform client assessments. • Develop and implement treatment plans. • Document progress notes. • Contribute ideas on effective strategies, techniques, and services to enhance client care. • Play a key role in the growth and development of our practice! Qualifications & Skills • Licensed as an LPC or LCSW in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. • Experience with play therapy, family therapy, and child therapy, including various treatment models and methods. • Proven experience working with diverse populations.
