Automation Tester - Python

As an Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our software products. Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and streamline the testing process. Conduct comprehensive testing of software systems, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Conduct root cause analysis of any issues found during testing and work with the development team to resolve them. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation testing to continuously improve our testing practices. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code changes to ensure testability and maintainability. Identify and report defects and track them to resolution using bug tracking tools. Mentor and train other team members on automation testing techniques and best practices. Assist in the development and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any potential roadblocks. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our testing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
