As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering questions, and offering solutions in real-time. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or online retail environments. • Experience in providing tech support or troubleshooting via chat. • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
