Job Description

As our Tractor Driver, you will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy machinery, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our equipment. You will work closely with our farming and construction teams, contributing to our goal of providing high-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Operate tractors and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

2. Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning and lubrication.

3. Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

4. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

5. Report any issues or problems with machinery immediately to supervisors.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience as a Tractor Driver or in a similar role.

3. Knowledge of basic machinery maintenance.

4. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

5. Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
