Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team at Google, Inc. This position is a part-time role, with a competitive hourly rate. Job Description:

As an Office Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative clerical tasks, including managing our office’s general administrative activities. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

– Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information

– Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents

– Monitor office supplies and order replacements as necessary

– Assist in planning company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or parties

– Attend workshops and conferences when requested

– Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant

– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

– Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

– A High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
