Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
– Reliable high-speed internet connection
– Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Responsibilities
– Assist customers with their pharmacy-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Process prescription orders and handle billing questions
– Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
– Stay updated on Amazon Pharmacy policies, procedures, and offerings
