Responsibilities:

– Greeting customers and responding to their queries.

– Operating registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals.

– Collecting payments and providing accurate change.

– Packaging or wrapping customers’ purchases.

– Managing transactions and ensuring pricing accuracy.

– Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.

– Complying with store policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

– Strong communication and time management skills.

– Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
