Description

Mental Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed independent social worker (LISW) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional care to our clients in Connecticut.

Requirements

• Active LCSW or LISW license in Connecticut.
• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to support client needs.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
