Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Barista to join our dynamic team at Starbucks. This part-time position offers a competitive salary on an hourly basis, with working hours less than four hours per day. Job Description:

As a Barista, your role will be to provide excellent customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction through your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and dedication to providing personalized experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards

– Maintain cleanliness in the store and uphold the company’s operational standards

– Provide exceptional customer service and foster customer relationships

– Contribute positively to the team dynamic and communicate effectively with co-workers

– Perform inventory checks and restock items as needed

Requirements:

– Ability to learn quickly

– Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

– Strong interpersonal skills

– Ability to work as part of a team

– Ability to build relationships

Educational Qualification:

– High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary

Experience:

– Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
