We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Agent for immediate hiring at Tech Solutions Inc. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills
– Basic understanding of computer systems and software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
– Provide solutions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved
– Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
