Pharmacy Customer Service Representative - Remote!

CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a major pharmaceutical benefits company to seek out a team of Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives for an exciting remote opportunity! If you are or have been a certified pharmacy technician with call center experience, we want to hear from you! Job Title: Pharmacy Customer Service Representative... Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. - $19.50/hr. BOE [$1/hr. Shift Differential for Overnight Shifts] • **Note: Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technicians to be eligible for the $19.50/hr. range Location: WFH w/Equipment Provided Start Date: Monday, September 9th 2024 Duration: Temp to Hire! Schedule(s) • Shift Range: 9AM to 5PM, 12:30PM to 8:30PM, 1PM to 9PM | Monday to Friday • Please Note: Shifts are consistently assigned based on business needs. • Must be open to rotating Saturdays (9AM to 1PM) Job Duties: • Answer questions and handle problems regarding pharmacy benefit, provider, or claim issues • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up with members, providers, and pharmacies as necessary • Spend approx. 90% time on the phones and provide empathetic customer service • Seek approval for overrides and prior authorizations as needed and enter them into the claims system • Monitor pharmacy claims processing and complete data entry of member records • Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary Job Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical healthcare industry • A pharmacy technician certification is highly preferred (inactive also applies) • 1+ year(s) of PBM or health benefits experience • Experience in working in a high volume call center is highly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent Pre-screening Includes: • Background Check • Drug Screening • Clerical Testing • Interview Process To Apply for this Job: Click the Apply Online button, then: • If you are currently registered with CornerStone Staffing, click the Log In button to add yourself as a candidate to this job. • If you are NOT currently registered with CornerStone Staffing, click the Create Account button to complete the application and select the Frisco branch Apply Job!
