As a Home Advisor, you?ll be responsible for answering questions and solving problems for a multitude of Apple users around the world. This job is about more than just troubleshooting. It?s about providing a world-class customer service experience, courtesy of Apple. ? *Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** ? Resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills, personal judgment, and the established procedures ? Offer excellent customer service and provide product knowledge to customers. ? Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support ? Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. ? Maintain customer records by updating account information. ? Participate in team meetings and training sessions. ? *Qualifications:** ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 2+ years of customer service experience ? Exceptional communication skills ? Ability to multitask and work independently ?
