Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours available) Responsibilities Accurately enter medical data into our electronic health record (EHR) system. Verify and update patient information. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Review and correct discrepancies in medical records. Support clinical staff with data retrieval and reporting. Assist in the generation of monthly and quarterly reports. Collaborate with the IT department to resolve data entry issues.
