Data Entry Assistant

Responsibilities: • Input and update data into our database system • Verify accuracy of data by reviewing and comparing source documents • Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic documents • Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency • Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors • Generate data reports as needed • Maintain confidentiality of all data and information • Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience in data entry or related field • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organization and time management skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with data entry software a plus
