As an APC UPS Remote Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote monitoring, management, and maintenance of APC UPS systems. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage APC UPS systems remotely to ensure continuous power availability. Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and troubleshooting of APC UPS systems. Analyze and interpret data from monitoring tools to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or incidents related to APC UPS systems. Document and report on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with other teams to optimize power management strategies and improve system reliability. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with APC UPS systems and remote monitoring tools. Strong understanding of power management, electrical systems, and network infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
