Key Responsibilities • Design Tailored Learning Plans: Develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. • Lead Engaging Online Sessions: Facilitate both group classes and one-on-one sessions using interactive virtual learning platforms. • Customize Curriculum Materials: Adapt and modify curriculum resources to ensure they align with each student’s learning goals. • Assess and Interpret Progress: Administer educational assessments online and analyze results to guide instructional strategies. • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with families, teachers, and support staff to create a holistic approach to student achievement. • Track Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of student development, interventions, and outcomes. • Participate in IEP Meetings: Attend virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and plan future steps. Qualifications • Master's degree in Special Education. • Valid state teaching license with a special education endorsement. • At least 3 years of experience in special education, preferably in an online environment. • Proficiency with assistive technology and digital learning tools. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to inspire and engage students in a virtual classroom. • Flexible and adaptable to the diverse needs of students.
