Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible Shifts Available) Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with booking, changing, and canceling flights. Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations. Help customers with baggage inquiries and lost items. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. Process refunds and compensation claims. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
