Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Manager: • To be qualified for this role, the candidate should have a background in banking, financial services, or branch network with at least 4 years of experience. This proficiency must be demonstrated through work experience, training, education, or military service. • Over two years of experience in leadership, which includes overseeing and grooming direct subordinates. • Proven capacity to create and stimulate a workforce, assess metric measurements, and implement tactical proposals. • Proficient in coaching a broad base of customers across multiple demographics, with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong relationships with strategic community partnerships. • Compliance controls must be integrated into all aspects of banking operations to ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws.
