Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or account management role. 2. Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills. 3. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6.
