Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner ? Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any issues related to our products and services ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions Qualifications: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Tech-savvy with knowledge of chat platforms and the ability to multitask and navigate between different systems ?
