job summary: Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years ... MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): ? Minumum of 3 years experience with reading/interpreting fiber construction as-builts and fiber splicing cut sheets or schematics. ? Minumum of 3 years experience with modifying and creating linear and point features and attributes from documentation in VZ-3GIS or similar GIS application. ? Able to work independently on multiple projects within organizational practices and guidelines. DESIRED SKILLS: ? Conduct Research to locate and obtain existing feature sets. ? Provide GIS (Geographic Information Systems) analysis and services. ? Prepare custom maps and diagrams from GIS data. ? Gather, analyze, and integrate spatial data. ? Analytical Skills - The ability to resolve problems associated with given task. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: ? Requires High school degree and 4 years or more job-related experience or degree in related field. ? A combination of education and applicable work experience may be acceptable. ?
