Technical Support Representative

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join the team at Verizon! The Technical Support Representative is an important part of the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to think on their feet and provide exceptional customer service.The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting customer inquiries, providing technical support for customer issues, and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner. We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills who can think critically and provide creative solutions.
