JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and maintain strong customer relationships · Receive all incoming customer calls quickly and in a pleasant and helpful manner · Input all customer orders placed via phone, email or fax · Maintain and update customer information in database · Process payments by credit card, check, or check by phone · Communicate constantly with co-workers and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: · High School Diploma required · 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred · Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary · Enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and dedicated · Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel · Superior time management and organizational abilities -Must be a team player with a positive attitude -Be willing to help with various other tasks assigned by your supervisor -Will fill in for other coworkers when out for vacation or sickness -Must pass a drug and background check prior to employment COMPENSATION: · Hourly wage based on experience · Full-time employment BENEFITS: · Medical healthcare coverage available · Additional hands on training provided SEND RESUMES TO: [email protected] Apply Job!
