Customer Service Representative
Position Overview: We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Agents to assist customers in navigating the impact of a recent breach. Your role will be vital in providing clear information and support to those affected. Key Responsibilities... Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions. Clearly explain the breach details and the services offered to them. Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all communications. Accurately submit CRM tickets to ensure effective issue resolution. Qualifications: MUST have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. Proven ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Immediate availability with the ability to complete certification within 24 hours.
