Responsibilities - Calendar Management: Ensure schedules are organized and up-to-date. - Inbox Management: Handle and prioritize email correspondence efficiently. - Procedural Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive procedural documentation. - Document Creation: Assist in creating a variety of documents, including PowerPoint presentations. - Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new team members. - Internet Research: Conduct research as needed to support various projects and tasks. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role. - Bachelor’s degree preferred, showcasing commitment to education. - Availability during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) is essential. - Home office setup including a computer with Microsoft Office 365, high-speed internet, a smartphone with email capabilities, and a webcam. Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
