Part Time On Call

Summary: Provide customers with a welcoming environment and get them quickly to their destination in a safe manner. Duties and Responsibilities... • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and responsiveness by answering customers questions and provide information on procedures or policies. • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting customers. • Direct guests to parking space and accurately complete transactions. • Compile and maintain reports and records. • Complete other duties as assigned. • Work a 4 - 6 hour shift standing and/ or moving about outdoors regardless of weather conditions. • TQL and Paycor Stadium Events (FCC, BENGALS Home Games Schedules) • High School education, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience required • Previouscashier, and/or customer service experience preferred Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds.
