Key Responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Associate: • The assignment of managing the movement of packages onto and off of delivery trucks and trailers. • Monitor stock levels and promptly restock items as necessary to avoid shortages. • The act of preparing packages for shipment involves tagging, sealing, and protecting them with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery. • Operate a variety of material handling machinery, such as Hand Trucks and Pallet Jacks, within the warehouse. • Implement inventory checks and maintain precise records of arrivals and departures • A clean and organized warehouse is crucial for avoiding safety risks and hazards for all individuals. • Provide support for the smooth execution of shipping and receiving activities.
