We are looking for top producers to join our team of sales leaders that average between $65,000 and $125,000 in compensation, get the lead support you need to be successful, and join an agency family that prioritizes and invests in your long-term development. Our sales team members sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Our agency invests heavily in our marketing efforts with an average spend of 4k-6k per month per producer. Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via live lead transfers, cross sells within existing book of business, and other established lead sources. Prepare accurate insurance quotes, present insurance proposals, close deals. Document and notate your work as required Effectively manage a large volume of existing and incoming leads within our database
