In this role, you will contribute significantly to the success of our clients by managing their operations and helping them achieve their objectives... #### Key Responsibilities Support Leadership Assist the Director of Business Operations and various clients as required. Client Relations Foster positive interactions with clients and improve internal processes to enhance overall service delivery. Communication Management Facilitate communication between clients' upper management and employees, coordinating interactions with internal and external executives. Organizational Excellence Plan and manage tasks to ensure alignment with client priorities and organizational goals. Daily And Monthly Tasks • Address both professional and personal needs of clients. • Maintain detailed records through our timekeeping system. • Coordinate complex scheduling, managing extensive calendars and facilitating information flow to senior executives. • Arrange travel logistics, including hotel bookings, transportation, and meal planning. • Perform administrative duties such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and filing system maintenance. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all client interactions. • Organize client communications, answer phones, and relay messages. • Plan and coordinate client events. • Respond to requests within 4 business hours. • Effectively prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities. #### Qualifications Experience A minimum of 4 years in an administrative role supporting senior management. Skills Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational abilities. Technical Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software. Attributes A flexible team player, motivated self-starter, capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Communication Present a confident and professional demeanor over the phone, responding promptly to urgent requests. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems. • An associate's degree or higher in administration or equivalent experience. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Active Campaign, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc. #### Work Schedule •
