Responsibilities

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be: • Processing product complaints through ques and other communication channels. • Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner. • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details & product information. • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed. • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Qualifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience • Have strong problem- solving and organizational skills. • Are able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Are able to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office & remote requirements.
