In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management. • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with the team. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
