What You'll Do: • Be the Go-To Contact: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey with us. • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, proactive relationships with clients, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services. • Manage Data Efficiently: Keep our CRM and internal databases up-to-date, ensuring every client interaction is documented. • Engage with Clients: Whether it's via email, phone, or online presentations, you'll connect with clients in meaningful ways to understand and address their needs. • Drive Client Success: Set the tone for communication with newly onboarded clients and those approaching contract renewals. • Present Key Insights: Provide clients and stakeholders with status updates and usage reports that highlight their success with our products. • Expand Opportunities: Leverage your client relationships to identify and act on cross-sell opportunities. What You'll Bring: • Experience: At least three years in customer or client success, or an internal support role. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. • Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment. • Customer Focus: A proactive approach to relationship-building, with a keen attention to detail. • Resilience: A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding expectations. • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients effectively.
