About the job Remote Data Entry Assistant / Part-time If you are a fast learner, good with computer programs such as excel and want to work in an entrepreneurial, close-knit environment, this is the job for you... Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Assist specific, assigned Clients in all operational duties. Compile and update necessary documents and contracts for clients. Run internal, analytical reports to support operational needs. Obtain and process all client information and transactions. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Process return mail and bankruptcies. Document all processes and procedures and file efficiently. Send weekly and monthly client remits on a timely basis. Conduct weekly and monthly client performance calls. Assist consumers and clients through the Client Services phone. Assist Client Services Supervisor with tasks as they arise.

Requirements

Prior experience in a Client Services or Customer Support position. Microsoft Office experience, specifically excel. High School Diploma, or equivalent. Skills Team-player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels within the organization and Clients. Self-motivated and proactive with an eagerness to exceed objectives. Possess the ability to complete projects quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Client-focused with strong abilities to deliver superior customer service. Great attitude, demeanor and interest in learning. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong typing and data entry skills. Prior sales experience (preferred). This is a drug-free workplace. We will require all new hires to participate in a background check and drug screening.
