Lead Data Analyst

RAS has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Data Analyst. In this role, you will drive meaningful data collection, interpretation, and summarization, sharing insights gained from the data. You'll employ sound sampling, statistical analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), and data visualization techniques to tell compelling stories that will drive business decisions and results. This position... provides the flexibility of a hybrid or home-based work arrangement based on residence. The candidate must reside in one of the following states: South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, or Colorado. Candidates located in Sioux Falls will follow a 3 days in-office and 2 days remote schedule. What we are looking for: • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, data management, leadership and/or technical management experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the insurance industry. • Expertise in data visualization, data management/administration, and storytelling. • Hands-on experience with managing data in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
