Managing order processing for customers using proprietary orderentry systems. ? Work with customers sales reps and sales management over the phone and email. ? Handle incoming calls and emails from customers addressing their queries providing product information and resolving issues promptly. ? Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ? Work with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems. ? Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory. ? Ensure timely and accurate order processing. ? Maintain relationships gather feedback and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Answer pricing and product inquiries. ? Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes ? Other duties as assigned Requirements: ? Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner ? Microsoft Office including; Word Excel and Outlook preferred. ? Great follow up skills excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to write legibly with correct spelling grammar and punctuation ? Selfstarter. ? Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives ?
