Supply Chain - Implementation Manager SUMMARY... Examines data files, processes, reports, and operational needs of new acquisitions. Completes data analysis as the basis for conversions and onboarding. Validates the accuracy of all data. Trains clients on the use of systems and provides support during conversion. Demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Gathers data files from facility and diligence team to perform thorough analysis. ? Determines key challenges during conversions. ? May develop new procedures with facility to ensure systems are used appropriately. ? Carefully examines data and reports to make sure conversion is proceeding according to timelines. ? Throughout the project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide the end users in the appropriate use of systems. ? Acts as resource during conversion and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, and conducts last minute training if necessary. ? Coordinates and directs the completion of post-conversion maintenance potentially including error resolution, system, or data changes. ? Collaborates with Data Integrity Manager to ensure proper data policies and standards are followed. ? Other related duties are assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: ? 3 years of experience, healthcare or supply chain preferred ? 1 year data management ? Data analysis ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or similar ? Strong computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) ? Experience with project management preferred ? Experience with acquisitions or other transactions preferred ? Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and analytical skills ? Strong interpersonal skills ? Experience working with different stakeholders across various functions within company ? Exceptional communication and organization skills ? Healthcare, hospital, or ASC experience preferred ?
