Scheduling Coordinator (Entry Level) - Remote | WFH

Are you passionate about travel and helping people? Join our team as a Remote Scheduling Coordinator! In this entry-level position, you'll play a key role in assisting clients with their travel plans and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities... Travel Coordination: Help clients plan and book their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, ensuring everything aligns with their needs. Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service through phone, email, and chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure clients are satisfied. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and interactions using our CRM system. Travel Advice: Provide valuable insights on destinations, travel options, and insurance to help clients make informed decisions. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, with prompt and effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus. Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent customer service, and familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM systems. Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for quickly addressing and resolving client issues in a professional manner. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and accommodate different time zones. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional travel and tourism certification is a plus.
